What is a home inspection?
A home inspection is a complete visual examination of all the accessible Structural, Electrical, Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing components.
How long will my home inspection take?
The average house usually takes about three to four hours depending on the size and condition of the home. However, occupancy, age, and accessibility of systems and components can alter the inspection time.
Should the buyer be present at the inspection?
It is recommended and welcomed. Being present at least for a review of findings at the end of the inspection provides the buyer valuable insight to the property. Buyer's agents are also welcome and encouraged to attend, especially in cases where our client can't be there.
